Found dead in a burnt-out car, family tells of the 66-year-old's plight:

New details have emerged from the serious incident in Korça, where a 66-year-old man was found dead inside a burned-out vehicle. 

A family member of the victim stated off camera that the only concern the 66-year-old had was the legalization of the apartment. 

According to him, he had the documents for the house, but he was unable to obtain legalization for one window.

"The only problem he had was the fact that his apartment was not being legalized. He had all the documents, but they wouldn't legalize it for one window. He had previously been an immigrant in Greece. He was a regular and calm person, not aggressive at all ," says the victim's family.
