Two people have been arrested by the Police as part of the investigation into the injury of Juxhin Hamajez, an event that occurred at the end of May.
Gjergji Lleshi and Lulzim Mejdani, who are suspected of being aware of the crime and collaborating with the suspected perpetrator, Klodian Kallo, have been arrested.
According to investigative sources, both were arrested for the criminal offense of "failing to report a crime" . During questioning, they chose not to provide any explanation about the circumstances of the incident or the person suspected of being the perpetrator, stating that they will only testify before the court.
The incident occurred on May 27, when Juxhin Hamajezi was shot in the leg. Preliminary investigations indicate that the injury occurred after a conflict with Klodian Kallo, which is suspected to have been caused by an unpaid debt.
According to investigators, the dispute was related to a Jaguar vehicle , which Hamajezi allegedly took without paying the agreed-upon price. The conflict between the parties then escalated, ending with the use of a firearm.
Sources from the investigative group indicate that both Juxhin Hamajezi and Klodian Kallo are persons with previous criminal records.
Meanwhile, investigations continue to fully document the dynamics of the event and determine the role of each of the people involved.
