Investigations into the shooting attack in Elbasan, which injured three people, are pointing towards an organized attack against a specific target.

According to sources close to the investigative group, it is suspected that the perpetrator's target was not 19-year-old Biorgi Hoxha, who worked as a waiter in the bar where the incident occurred, but a person close to Kastriot Kila, known in Elbasan by the nickname "Ot Kila".

Armando Tomorri, Renaldo Mance and the bar's waiter, Biorgi Hoxha, were injured in the attack that took place a few days ago. Investigators are verifying the full circumstances of the incident and possible connections between the people involved.

Another detail that has emerged from the investigation is related to the perpetrator's modus operandi. According to preliminary suspicions, he had taken measures to hide his identity, using a silicone mask and a long-haired wig. It is also reported that he was wearing dark clothes and gloves, elements that reinforce suspicions that the attack was planned.

The name of Kastriot "Ot" Kilës has also been mentioned in previous investigative files, where he was considered one of the names involved in clashes between rival groups in Elbasan.

In recent years, the alleged conflict between Kila and Suel Çela has also been mentioned in investigations. According to the testimonies of justice collaborators, Suel Çela is suspected of having ordered the elimination of Elton Kila in 2022, but the assassination attempt was not carried out after Nuredin Dumani was injured in Cërrik, an event that later led to his arrest and cooperation with justice.
