An official vehicle entering the Parliament premises was pelted with eggs by protesters gathered in front of the building, shortly before the start of the plenary session.
The car was hit by citizens as it passed through the entrance to the Parliament enclosure.
The protesters have been in front of the Parliament for about an hour, where they have continued to express their opposition to the majority. They have taken eggs labeled with the names of politicians, including Prime Minister Edi Rama, as a symbolic form of protest.
During the rally, calls were heard against institutions and MPs, while some of their slogans were: "The Parliament of Crime" and "You do not represent us."
