Thimjo Rubati, injured after an attack on Friday evening in Saranda, then transported to the hospital in Ioannina, has now been released from danger to his life.

Sources near the Ioannina hospital indicate that 3 gunshot wounds were found in his body, two near the liver and one in the groin.

The bullets did not hit any vital organs and after first aid at the Saranda hospital where he was given two vials of blood and more specialized treatment by Greek surgeons, the injured man's condition appears to be stabilized and out of danger to his life.

Meanwhile, as soon as the sun rose today, the investigative group went back to the scene of the incident and is collecting security cameras and other elements in a wide perimeter, while at the same time several people are being questioned.
