The civic protest on July 23 will take place in front of the Parliament building, on the same day when MPs will gather in plenary session.

During the rally held at "Skënderbej" Square, one of the activists told News24 that the protest aims to convey the message to the deputies that some citizens do not feel represented by the current Parliament.

He stated that the demonstration in front of Parliament will be a continuation of the civic reaction that has been going on for weeks in Tirana, while also announcing other initiatives in the coming days.

" The protest on July 23 will take place in the morning. We want to show the Parliament that it does not represent us and that we are not satisfied with the way it performs its duties. In the coming days, we have prepared some interesting developments. The students categorically distance themselves from this Assembly and we do not understand how they can call themselves representatives, when the majority of the protesters do not support them," declared the activist.
