A road accident occurred this Sunday afternoon on the "Fier i Ri–Ngurrëz" axis, where a motorcycle went off the road, leaving its driver seriously injured.

According to preliminary information, the vehicle was driven by a citizen with the initials ET, 47 years old, who lost control of the vehicle for reasons that have not yet been disclosed.

As a result of the accident, the 47-year-old man suffered serious injuries and, after receiving first aid, was urgently transported to the Trauma Hospital in Tirana, where he is being treated by doctors.

The police announced that the investigation team is at the scene and is working to clarify the circumstances and causes that led to the vehicle leaving the road.
