A physical conflict between employees of a company in the Golem beach area and several Turkish vacationers has ended with arrests and criminal proceedings.

The incident was recorded at a bar in the beach area, where, according to police, an argument between people degenerated into physical confrontations and the use of hard objects.

After police intervention, two citizens from Durrës were arrested in flagrante delicto, DK, 33, who worked as the manager of the entity, and EQ, 37, an employee there. They are suspected of having hit two of the Turkish vacationers with hard objects.

"They clashed physically and with hard objects with 5 Turkish vacationers, 2 citizens are arrested and 2 others are being prosecuted (employees at the entity where the conflict occurred).

Immediately after the notification of a conflict between several citizens, in a bar on the beach, in Golem, the services of the Beach Police Station organized the work and went to the scene, with the aim of identifying and bringing to criminal responsibility, the responsible citizens. Following the procedural actions in the case:

- citizens DK, 33 years old and EQ, 37 years old, both residents of Durrës, respectively manager and employee in the beach area of ​​this entity, were arrested in flagrante delicto for the criminal offenses of "Intentional serious injury", committed in collaboration, and "Disturbance of public peace", as it is suspected that during the conflict, for weak motives, they hit 2 Turkish vacationers with hard objects;

-the materials were referred to the Prosecutor's Office, where proceedings were initiated in a free state, for the criminal offenses "Intentional minor injury", committed in collaboration, and "Threat", for citizens I. Sh., 48 years old and TD, 49 years old, respectively a bartender and security employee at this entity, after it is suspected that they have hit and threatened 3 Turkish citizens" , the announcement states.
