This morning, the area around the Parliament woke up armored with metal fences and increased police forces. Placed under "state siege" under strict security measures, the Parliament was now an impenetrable building.

Before the session began, citizens gathered around the Parliament area, unable to approach the building as planned. With chants of "Arrest Rama", "Parliament of crime", the protesters stood in front of the cordon of officers, until they managed to breach the security perimeter twice.
