Accident with two victims in Tirana, here's what the investigations are

A malfunction of the braking system or a health collapse of the driver is suspected to be the cause of the fatal accident that occurred the day before on the Eastern Ring Road of the capital, where 2 Egyptian workers lost their lives, who were driving a truck in which a concrete pump was installed.
