Balliu publishes footage of violence: Apologize, dissolve Parliament and run for

Democratic Party MP Klevis Balliu published footage that, according to him, proves the violence exerted against protesting citizens, accusing the government of using the State Police to suppress the protests instead of protecting the public interest.

Balliu stated that the officers involved in the clashes with the protesters should be removed from duty, as, according to him, the police cannot confront citizens protesting about their problems, while the government defends corruption and abuse of public funds.

According to the Democratic MP, citizens take to the streets because they cannot afford the cost of living, cannot afford the necessary medicines, and cannot afford to buy a home, while apartment prices have increased significantly.

In conclusion, Balliu accused the government of responding to citizens' demands with violence, arrests and imprisonment, calling on the Prime Minister to apologize, dissolve Parliament and accept the holding of early elections, which, according to him, citizens can decide by vote.
