Opposition MPs blocked the Parliament's rostrum after Parliament Speaker Niko Peleshi did not give some of them the right to speak on a point of procedure.
Peleshi claimed that the Assembly's rules of procedure had been violated due to the numerous speakers and requested that the agenda be moved to the next item.
Democrats opposed Peles' request and blocked the floor. The session was temporarily suspended.
