This is 35-year-old Refit Buzi, the suspected perpetrator of the serious incident that occurred this morning in the village of Vidhisht, Roskovec, where he executed his ex-father-in-law with a gun, injured his ex-mother-in-law and then took his ex-wife hostage.

According to preliminary information, Buzi shot Kosta Plaka to death with a shotgun, injured his wife Belere Plaka and then forcibly took his ex-wife, leaving the scene in a vehicle.

Sources indicate that the 35-year-old is not an unknown name to the authorities. According to information, he had also taken another person hostage several years ago.

Meanwhile, the victim's family and neighbors say that the perpetrator lived near the Plaka family and had been exerting pressure and threats against them for a long time. They claim that Buzi had been arrested several times due to conflicts and threats, and had also threatened his ex-wife with a firearm.
