The protest against the Edi Rama government has entered its 56th day today, with citizens gathering again on "Dëshmorët e Kombit" Boulevard, in front of the Prime Minister's Office.
Protesters have repeated their demands for Edi Rama's resignation and the creation of a caretaker government, while warning of a return to the streets on Monday.
The rally is expected to continue on the day when the Assembly will convene for the last session of this parliamentary session. Protesters have stated that they will again be in front of the Prime Minister's Office building.
The citizens' gathering began at Skanderbeg Square, from where the protesters marched towards the Boulevard. After arriving in front of the Prime Minister's Office, they continued the rally with speeches from an improvised podium, repeating their anti-government messages.
