Citizens' reaction to the case of File Bulku and her son, Endi, who has an autism spectrum disorder, has continued to grow following the incident that occurred during the protest near the Parliament and Prime Minister Edi Rama's statements about this event.

A campaign opened on the GoFundMe platform to support the family has so far raised around $150,000, far exceeding the initial goal set by the organizers.

In her public reactions, File Bulku clarified that she had not participated in the protest on the day of the incident. She said that she was returning home after accompanying her son to therapy and, due to the roadblock, ended up near the area where the rally was taking place, where she was hit by pepper spray used by the police.

Bulku also opposed statements by Prime Minister Edi Rama, who said she was used as a "shield" during the protest. She asked the head of government to confront her and provide explanations for these statements.

Rama's comments have sparked numerous reactions in public opinion, as he described the solidarity towards the family as "hypocrisy" and claimed that the mother was brought to Parliament to be used together with her son.

Meanwhile, the non-profit organization "Brandon Forever 22 Legacy", which initiated the humanitarian campaign, says that the funds will be used to improve the family's living conditions, reconstruct the apartment and cover the costs of Endi's treatment and care.
