This is the Albanian delegation that will participate in the funeral of Pope

The Vatican has announced that the funeral ceremony of Pope Francis will be held on Saturday, April 26, at 10:00 a.m. local time, in St. Peter's Square.

The body of Pope Francis will be taken to St. Peter's Basilica on Wednesday morning, at 09:00, where it will remain until the day of the funeral, to allow the faithful and the public to pay their last respects.

Meanwhile, the Episcopal Conference of Albania has indicated who the Albanian delegation that will participate in the funeral ceremony will consist of.

"The official delegation that will participate in the funeral of Pope Francis and that will represent our local church will be composed of: His Eminence Giovanni Peragine, Metropolitan Archbishop of Shkodër-Pult and His Eminence Arjan Dodaj, Metropolitan Archbishop of Tirana-Durrës ," the announcement of the Episcopal Conference of Albania states.

Currently, his coffin lies in the chapel of the Santa Marta residence – the place where the Pope lived throughout his 12-year papacy.
