The next fight between Albana Vokshi and Vilma Nushi is postponed

The hearing in the Special Court between Democratic MP Albana Vokshi and businesswoman Vilma Nushi has been postponed again.

 The reason for the postponement of the session was the absence of prosecutor Elvin Gogaj, while the next session was scheduled for May 6.

Vilma Nushi, together with the 3P Life Logistic Company, which won the concession for Check Up, has sued Albana Vokshi for defamation, a criminal act provided for by Article 120 of the Criminal Code.

This lawsuit was initiated following statements by Vokshi, who alleged that the value of the Check Up concession project was 130 million euros, while the plaintiff disputes this value, saying that the real value is 63 million euros for the 10 years of the project.
