The scandal with microcredits, Soko: A deep reform in the justice system is

A genuine microcredit fraud scheme has led to the arrest of 8 people, 4 of whom are in prison and 4 others are under house arrest, after being accused of defrauding citizens based on a fraud scheme, almost similar to pyramid schemes, while the value is calculated in 7 million euros.

Economy expert Pano Soko said in "MCN Economy" that delayed justice is absent justice, referring to the delays in judicial processes.

He also said that the recent issue of fraud with microcredits highlights the need for a deep reform in other links in the Albanian legal system, such as bailiffs.

"Our impasse above all is the mechanics of the solution we undertook. We would have to build the institutions with those judges as we had, and for every judge and prosecutor who did not pass the vetting, do not start the process for the second judge, without finding the source where you will fill that judge you removed.

Justice delayed is justice denied. There are people who have died without getting justice. The goal was good, here a deep reform in the justice system must be done, just as a deep reform in politics must be done.

The last issue of the MCA has shown us that here we need a deep reform in other links in the Albanian legal system, such as the bailiffs. The massacres that have been done so far where 100 thousand people have been affected", said the expert Soko.
