SPAK did not initiate proceedings against Rama, Balla, Krajë and Millonai,

The Head of the Environment Department at the Democratic Party, Jamarbër Malltezi, has reacted after SPAK's decision not to initiate criminal proceedings against Prime Minister Edi Rama, Taulant Balla, and two Special Prosecutors, Arben Kraja and Enkeleda Millonai.

Through a status on social media, Malltezi says that he is ready to face false charges if the accusations raised against Rama, Balla and SPAK prosecutors do not prove true.
