Most Albanians think that organized crime influences the decision-making of prosecutors and courts.

This conclusion is the result of a study conducted by the Center for the Study of Democracy and Governance  funded by the Friedrich Ebert Foundation.

According to the study, 65% agree that organized crime affects the decision-making of prosecutions and 68% agree that organized crime affects the decision-making of the courts. Only a small percentage think that there is no such influence in the prosecution and the courts of 6.2% and 5.7%, respectively.
