They were caught with half a kilogram of alcohol, two arrested in Tirana

Two people were arrested in Tirana, after they were caught with half a kilogram of cocaine.

During the physical check, citizens A. Sh., 32 years old, and BK, 34 years old, were found and seized 500 grams of cocaine, as well as 2 mobile phones.

"The Department for Narcotics Investigation in Tirana DVP, in the framework of a criminal proceeding, at the direction of the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction in Tirana, as well as in implementation of the measures defined in the operational plan "Tempulli 3", has completed coded operation "Medusa". 

As a result, the following citizens were arrested:

- A. Sh., 32 years old, resident in Tirana, for the criminal offenses "Production and sale of narcotics", carried out in cooperation, and "Removing the prisoner from the place of stay";

- BK, 34 years old, resident in Tirana, for the criminal offense "Production and sale of narcotics", committed in cooperation.

During the physical control of these citizens, the Police services found about 500 grams of suspected narcotic substance cocaine, which was seized as material evidence, along with 2 mobile phones.

After the verifications, it turned out that the citizen A. Sh. had broken the "House Arrest" security measure, set by the Court", the police announced.
