SPAK decided to reopen the file of Arben Zylyftari, the chief of police killed in Shkodra in 2000.
SPAK also asked today the former lawyer of Admir Tafilaj, Sokol Koçiu. Tafilaj is suspected of killing Chief of Police Zylyftari. Genc Tafili was also convicted of murder and later left Illyrian.
The reopening of the investigation by SPAK was done after the claims of the parties that the event is unsolved and manipulated. Arben Zylyftari was killed in 2000 by a barrage of bullets during an operation for two people declared wanted.
