The Prosecutor's Office of Elbasan has completed the investigations for the 2 Russians and the Ukrainian, who are accused of attacking the soldiers at the Gramsci Factory on August 8, 2022.

Svetlana Timofeeva, Mikail Zorin and Fedir Alpatov, have been taken as defendants by the prosecutor's office and charged with Securing secret information in order to give it to a foreign power.

How did the event happen? 

The two Russians, Mikhail Zorin, 23, Svetlana Timofeeva, 33, and the 25-year-old Ukrainian Fyodor Mihailovic, were photographing the premises of the Arms Factory, when they tried to get inside, they were spotted by Albanian soldiers who beat them sign to stop.

They did not obey the orders of the Albanian soldiers, while one of them, Mikhail Zori, attacked them with a chemical spray.

All three were arrested by the police, while they were also investigated as spies of the Russian secret service. In the car with Ukrainian license plates, which was used by them during their stay in Albania, 2 drones, 4 mobile phones, 1 laptop, 1 camera, memory cards, 3 passports, 2 cameras, maps were found, which were seized by the police.
