Appeal decision for DP, Bushati: The court is behaving in a scandalous manner, it is known who has the majority in the party
Analyst Andi Bushati has commented on the situation in the Democratic Party after the Court of Appeal determined that on November 3 it will judge the appeal of the Democratic Party that seeks registration as united in one decision, the statutory changes of July 2021 and December 2021.
In an interview for Euronews Albania, Bushati says that he says that every Albanian knows who has the majority in the Democratic Party.
According to him, the court is behaving in a scandalous manner and that justice is being used as a tool by Prime Minister Edi Rama to keep the opposition divided.
"The court is behaving in a scandalous manner. I have said that Edi Rama's strategy will be not to solve it, but to take it to the courts to keep the Democratic Party in conflict. It is achieving this. There is no Albanian who does not know, apart from our justice, who is the majority in the Democratic Party today.
Justice is serving as a rubber band to keep the opposition divided. The other side is the Democrats themselves. "Conflicts within the parties are not resolved legally, but politically," stressed Bushati.
