Vilma Nushi is absent from the session, Vokshi: Citizens will not benefit from

The Special Court of First Instance has postponed the decision on Vilma Nushi's defamation lawsuit against Democratic lawmaker Albana Vokshi over the issue of a check-up and sterilization contract.

In a statement to the media, DP MP Albana Vokshi showed her willingness to document with facts and evidence in court her statements about the corrupt contracts of Nushi and former Minister of Health, Ilir Beqja, now serving a 'prison arrest' measure.

Vokshi reiterated her position that Nushi and other officials involved in the corrupt conspiracy will not be able to enjoy the money that was taken from citizens' taxes in the state budget and that went into their personal accounts.

" Our side rejected the reconciliation. We requested that Ms. Nushi appear at the next session to hear her claims and my complaints regarding the check-up. I have reported this concession twice, abusive and corrupt with serious consequences for the citizens.

I have reported it to the PP, SPAK and it has been investigating it for 4 years. I am at the disposal of SPAK to provide other information regarding this concession, which we have also collected from the investigative committee, despite the fact that the investigative committee was closed without a parliamentary report.

Therefore, the working group at the PDP is working, and we will make it public with the relevant positions and reports to SPAK for a number of ministers and deputy ministers or administrative employees and partners of concessionaires.

I have nothing to do with the money earned honestly from her businesses, but Vilma Nushi will not enjoy a single cent with the abuse of health funds not only in the budget, but also in the citizens and their businesses. Like a vampire of corruption, she has taken the blood of pensioners, citizens, and the administration for galloping corrupt profits. We will go to the end.

It is a model unseen anywhere in the world, 10 years ago for Vilma Nushi and with the approval of Edi Rama. I will be in court in person, February 26th, the next session, and I will substantiate every statement of mine, every abuse regarding check-ups and making them public to the media. With documents, the abuses, the payment of hundreds of thousands of unperformed check-ups. I will prove the violation of the contract signed by Beqaj and Vilma Nushi."
