The murder of Renato Hoxhaj in Vlora, three people are wanted, one of them

The police of Vlora have officially declared three people suspected of being involved in the murder of 58-year-old Renato Hoxhaj, who was executed on the morning of April 27 near his apartment in the "Hajro Çakërri" neighborhood.

According to investigative sources, all three people are outside the territory of Albania. One of those declared wanted is a Romanian citizen, suspected of being the executor of the murder, while the other two are Albanian citizens, who are suspected of having collaborated in the organization and logistics of the assassination.

Among those wanted is Alesio Dobrozi, a well-known name for Albanian justice, considered a friend of Ramazan Rraja and Roan Brahimi, alias Sidorel Prendi, the latter killed in May last year in Athens. It is suspected that Dobrozi is currently in Dubai.

The Romanian citizen is suspected to have left Albania immediately after the crime, passing through the border crossing in Qafë Botta, where it is learned that he was helped by Albanian citizens.

Meanwhile, the only person arrested so far for this serious event is 37-year-old Eris Mehmetaj. From the investigations, it turned out that he gave the perpetrator the vehicle used in the crime, a vehicle whose license plates were then changed to avoid identification.

Investigations continue to fully clarify this murder with organized elements and to locate the wanted persons.
