The murder in Ndroq, SPAK reacts: the 50-year-old has nothing to do with the

The Special Prosecutor's Office against Corruption and Organized Crime has reacted and described as untrue the claims that link Alfred Dedja, the victim of the crime in Ndroq, to an event that dates back to 2020, which is being investigated by it.

In an official announcement, SPAK clarifies that Dedja does not turn out to be a witness or to have anything to do with the hostage-taking, execution and hiding of the body of the victim Jan Prenga.

" The Special Prosecutor's Office against Corruption and Organized Crime rejects the false statements that link AD, the victim of the crime committed last night in Ndroq with an event that dates back to 2020, which is being investigated by it.

Based on the investigations carried out by SPAK up to this stage, in the framework of criminal proceedings no. 60 of 2020, the person executed yesterday evening, AD does not appear to be a witness or to have anything to do with the hostage-taking, execution and hiding of the body of victim Jan Prenga, an event that occurred in January 2020. His name does not appear to have been included in the list of employees or the payroll of the "Golden" complex, in Shijak, owned by Altin Hajri, at the time of the crime.

The defendant Altin Hajri, owner of the "Golden" complex, is accused of being a participant in the structured criminal group that carried out the kidnapping of the citizen Jan Prenga. He is under "prison arrest" in absentia and the case against him is being tried in the Special Court against Corruption and Organized Crime.

On trial are Dritan Rexhepi and Gentjan Funiqi, who ordered his kidnapping; Martin Bleta and Korado Kështenja who organized the hostage taking while Artan Doçaj, Aldo Majnishta and Geraldo Martini, who sent the victim after the kidnapping, to the "Golden" complex.

The Special Prosecutor's Office against Corruption and Organized Crime has addressed several official requests to the police structures, as the body responsible for the execution of the security measure against the citizen, Altin Hajri" , says the official communique of SPAK.

The grandfather turns out to be the brother-in-law of the much-wanted justice Altin Hajri, while in a statement today, Sali Berisha said that the victim knew the latter, and that he had worked in his hotel, linking him to the criminal event of 2020, where Jan Prenga was executed.

"Imagine for a moment, the man who had released this Julian Gjoshin from prison, who had raised the state to free him, now orders him, in an act of extremis, to kill in public the only possible witness of the macabre dismemberment of the body of Jan Prenga", declared Berisha.
