Gjinushi's letter is whitewashed, he dismisses the directors of the Albanianological institutes

After the VKM for the closure of the Albanological Academy and its merger with the Academy of Sciences, the scientific workers and leaders of the Albanological Institutes held a meeting with the Academy of Sciences about the process.

According to the sources of 'News 24' and Balkanweb, in the talks between the parties, the head of the Academy of Sciences, Skënder Gjinushi, tried to reassure the scientific workers about their future under the roof of the Academy of Sciences.

At the end of the meeting a few days ago, the representatives of the Albanian Academy asked Gjinushi to present how the Albanian institutes will function under the Academy's control, while the future remains unclear.

In a letter that the Academy of Sciences sent to the Albanian Academy this Saturday, Gjinushi, on behalf of the Assembly, says that he has decided to:

To approve the establishment at the Academy of Sciences (ASSH) of permanent research-study units in Albanian sciences, with the object of linguistics, archaeology, history, literature and arts, anthropology and encyclopedic studies and publications according to the status of the following designations:

– Institute of Linguistics and Literature;

– Institute of Archaeology;

– Institute of History;

– Arts Study Center;

– Institute of Anthropology;

– Qendra për Botimet Enciklopedike e Albanologiike (QBEA).

Në vijim të shkresës së firmosur nga Gjinushi, thuhet se këto institutet përbëhen nga departamentet, përgjegjësit e tyre dhe drejtori, ndërsa qendrat përbëhen nga sektorët, përgjegjësit e tyre dhe drejtori.

Institutet dhe qendra e studimit të artit riorganizohen në bazë të njësive kryesore ekzistuese dhe kanë një organikë prej 98 punonjësish kërkimorë, ndërsa qendra e botimeve Enciklopedike e Albanologjike ka organikë prej 8-9 punonjësish.

Sipas shkresës, punonjësit kërkimorë të njësive të përhershme gëzojnë të njëjtin status si të personelit akademik në shkollat e larta. Kategoria dhe struktura e pagave të trye caktohen me një vendim të veçantë të Këshillit të Ministrave si dhe për personelin administrativ dhe atë ndihmës.

Sa i takon buxhetit, njësitë, thuhet në shkresë, kanë një zë më vete nga buxheti vjetor i Akademisë por shifra aktualisht nuk është e qartë.

Ndërkaq, Gjinushi ka vendosur të shkarkojë drejtuesit e Instituteve Albanologjike, siç kuptohet nga shkresa, ndërsa punonjësit do të duhet të rikonfirmohen nga akademia.

“Deri më 15 dhjetor të bëhet emërimi i punonjësve kërkimorë nëpërmjet rikonfirmimit në ASHSH, duke respektuar statuset e fituara profesionale prej tyre në përshtatje me organizimin e ri;

– Deri më 15 dhjetor të hartohet e miratohet statuti i instituteve dhe i të njëvlershmëve me to pranë ASHSH;

– Deri në zgjedhjen e organeve të reja drejtuese në përputhje me riorganizimin pranë ASHSH dhe me përcaktimet ne Statut caktohen struktura të përkohshme drejtuese.
