The base of the criminal groups in Fushë Quqe is revealed

A base was discovered in Fushë Kuqe where the criminal groups were supplied with tools, while the owner of the apartment, Aleks Lulashi, was arrested.

Official sources from the police informed that stolen vehicles and license plates in Albania and Kosovo, quantities of explosives with fire-conducting fuses, camouflage clothing and other items used to commit crimes were seized.

A vehicle tampered with to hide data, 5 motorcycles and 4 pairs of license plates stolen in Albania and Kosovo, quantities of explosives with fire-conducting fuses, camouflage clothing and other items used to commit crimes were seized.

The owner of the apartment that served as a base is put in handcuffs.

Within the coded operation "Rule of Law" and as a result of the in-depth investigations that are being carried out intensively to clarify the serious criminal events that happened recently, the specialists of the sections for the Investigation of Crimes against Life and Property, and for the Investigation of Illegal Traffic, with the support and information provided by police intelligence, have made it possible to prevent other serious criminal events, after discovering an environment where a number of tools and items that would serve criminal groups were kept.

In the village of Gorre, the Fushë Kuqe administrative unit, the services of the Criminal Police of Lezha and those of FNSH Shkodër, have carried out checks in an old apartment owned by the citizen AL. From the controls inside and around it, the following were found and seized as material evidence:

-1 "Mazda" type vehicle, with interference and damage to its structure, to make it impossible to determine the vehicle's data;

-5 motor vehicles with high motor power, suspected stolen;

- 4 pairs of license plates, for vehicles and motorcycles, suspected to be stolen in different cities of Albania and Kosovo;

- 400 grams of suspected explosive substance, with fire-conducting fuse, ready for explosion;

- Hoods such as masks, gloves and motorcycle helmets, clothing for camouflage, as well as a variety of other items that would serve to commit serious criminal events.

Following the procedural actions for the case, the owner of the apartment, a citizen of AL, 40 years old, was arrested red-handed for the criminal offenses "Providing the conditions and means to commit murder", "Trafficking of motor vehicles", "Carrying without permission and manufacturing of weapons, explosive weapons and ammunition" and "Theft".

The investigative structures are intensively continuing their work with the aim of arresting the citizens on whose account these tools/items were possessed and who were collaborators in this criminal activity.

The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecution at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction of Lezhë, for further actions.
