Lawyer: The Kosovo Police knew that Naim Murseli had ordered the murder of

Lawyer Fehmije Gashi has said that the Kosovo Police knew that Naim Murseli ordered the murder of his wife, Liridona Ademaj, before the burial was carried out in the village of Cernjan in Gjakova.

Gashi said that in order to respect the burial ceremony of the deceased, the Prosecutor's Office had ordered the arrest of Mursel to be carried out afterwards.

"Let's not forget that now information technology is more advanced. Lately it's been cameras, antennas, it's much more sophisticated technology. They caught those first clues, then they led them to the arrest of Plava, the person who executed the deceased, and then he fully accepted it. The police was already aware and in cooperation with the prosecutor before the funeral of the deceased, in her husband's village. However, it was the order of the Prosecutor's Office that until the funeral is completed, no arrests will be made in order to respect the funeral ceremony. But the competent investigators who planned the arrest were part of the funeral ," Gashi declared.
