The ambition to rule yesterday carried out an elaborate public threat to free speech

What was expected happened. The ambition for rule, for money and ideological, political and regional control of the results of Albanian studies, managed to direct the will of the government.

Although from far away from Tirana and close to the European leaders, who operate with completely different standards of advice in decision-making, the direction of the head dictated in the capital, the approval of a document, the content of which I believe the signatories did not understand, the history of the created situation they didn't know, they didn't decipher the terms used. They just need to complete a political order for the Former Party and Police Veterans.

And yet, it is carried out with the cold-bloodedness of terminal executors, without national spirit, without state responsibility, without knowledge of the obligation of counseling and explanation.

 The cynicism of today's incomparable masters who can be forgotten tomorrow, standing out with all its "greatness" in public communication is not at all mind-boggling and completely cynical.

I prayed until the last minute for "Faith" and "Kuvend" before he signed that dry, ungrammatical piece of paper, incorrect in legal logic, unconstitutional (Decision 09, year 2008 of the Constitutional Court and the interpretation of the decision-making judges) , incomplete in guaranteeing the autonomy and status of the professor (contrary to the provisions of L 80/2015 on tenure and following such procedures through the HEI Senate), anti-national in the long-term objectives, which was brought for approval yesterday, in one day that legislative action was not allowed by parliamentary agreement, but in vain. I prayed that the place where the spirit of the founding fathers of scientific Albania is still alive, the Institution of the Fatherland, be preserved but regulated with legal, patriotic and intellectual logic,

In this country, the prayer of ordinary people is considered weakness, an occasion for further oppression and should be ignored and suppressed by any means. Otherwise, threatening phone calls from gangsters should be received at any hour of the day, they should be listened to more attentively and their "beneficial and developmental interests for the reformation" of scientific institutions should be met.

Detyra e qeverisë nuk është dëgjesa e rrogtarëve besnikë të shtetit, akademikëve, mësuesve, mjekëve, policëve, por bindja ndaj atyre Përbindshave që kanë forcën të të bëjne Gjamën ditën e konsultimeve me popullin, ndjekja e rrugës që diktohet në mënyrë okulte nga Ata Njerëz Hije 007, që edhe pse te plakur, ende nga zyrat e tyre të errëta shtetërore që kanë gllabëruar padrejtësisht, mbajnë në duart e tyre të fshehta, letrat e një kohe të palavdishme dhe kërcënojnë edhe sot, njëlloj si dikur kur kryenin tortura ndaj të pafajshmëve, kedo qe nuk i bindet edhe nga udhheqja.

Pengmarrja e vendit është e gjithanshme, grushtet legjislative ndaj rendit të përcaktuar të punëve institucionale të njëpasnjishme,  shpresa që kjo linjë vendimarrjeje kundër kushtetutes të ndalet, nuk duket asgjëkundi në horizont.

Dje pata rastin të shoh komentatorë qeveritarë që nuk njihnin mirë ligjin e arsimit të lartë dhe kërkimit shkencor, nuk dinin që Ligjin dhe Aktin kur mungon, nuk e harton një IAL, por Parlamenti dhe Qeveria; nuk arrinin të nxirrnin përgjegjësitë e mosveprimeve në varg që janë të dyanshme, por nuk janë të ekipit aktual të ASA, nuk kuptonin nocionin e akreditimit të një institucioni kërkimor dhe shkencor, standardet mbi të cilat operon një IAL me status të veçantë, një qendër ndëruniversitare e kërkimeve të avancuara, nuk arrinin të kuptonin se ata 2, 3 apo 4 vetë që po flasin dhe po bëjnë thirrje për maturi, konsultim dhe ruajtjen e ASA, nuk kanë dhe nuk kanë pasur kurrë asnjë funksion në atë institucion, por janë duke përdorur lirinë e fjalës dhe pacënueshmërinë e përsonit dhe Statusin Paprekshen te Profesorit Universitar, të garantuar nga kushtetuta, për të shprehur pikëpamje, mbajtur qendrime publike.

Know, dear, that no one dares to threaten me, cut off my media communication and force me to my position. Such attempts constitute a criminal offence.

Yesterday, indirectly, with light-heartedness, a blatant public threat was made against free speech, which I reject, denounce and invite them to ask for forgiveness.

The government has the duty to guarantee free speech, to be humble to different opinions, to listen to advice and remove arrogance. Whoever does not understand this should leave.
