In a casual conversation on the "Today" show with Hoda Kotb, actor Robert De Niro expressed his happiness for his colleague and the actor of "The Irishman", Al Pacino, who at the age of 83 will soon become a father to fourth time with his girlfriend 53 years younger, Noor Alfallah. De Niro, 79, jokingly acknowledged the age difference, saying:

Similarly, Al Pacino is already a parent, with his fourth child. He has a daughter, Julie, 33, and twins Anton and Olivia, 22, from previous relationships. Although Pacino has yet to comment on news of Alfallah's pregnancy, the couple has been on a low-key relationship since the COVID-19 pandemic, according to a report from Page Six in April 2022. While rumors recently surfaced that Pacino and Alfallah are not having any relationship and are not currently together, the couple appeared together on Alfallah's Instagram account a few weeks ago.
