Dritan Abazovic is mandated to form the new government in Montenegro

Montenegrin President Milo Djukanovic has mandated Dritan Abazovic to form a new government.

Abazovic and Djukanovic met later today, shortly after the president wrapped up talks and consultations with political parties on forming a new government.

The departure of Deputy Prime Minister Abazovic from the ruling coalition came as a result of the fall of Prime Minister Zdravko Krivokapic's government, with a no-confidence motion on February 4th.
