An earthquake with a magnitude of 5.1 hit Greece this Friday afternoon according to the Euro-Mediterranean Seismological Center (EMSC).
According to the Geodynamic Institute of Athens, the epicenter of the earthquake is located 39 kilometers west-southwest of Kythnos.
The focal depth is calculated at 35 kilometers.
So far there are no reports of material damage.
