"You are a traitor", Abazovic faces outraged protesters: Look for betrayal elsewhere
Montenegrin Deputy Prime Minister Dritan Abazovic confronted protesters a few days after Montenegrin Prime Minister Zdravko Krivokapic said he had initiated his dismissal, as citizens expressed dissatisfaction with the formation of a minority government.
Protesters ambushed Abazovic after he appeared on a TV show, saying they would not allow the formation of a minority government, as they said it was fraud and betrayal of the electoral will of the citizens.
Abazovic approached the protesters trying to talk to them but it was impossible in the face of the angry crowd of protesters.
"There has never been betrayal, look for betrayal in other countries," Abazovic told protesters.
He also said that there is no electoral will without the Citizens' Movement URA. There have been protests before after the announcement by the Civic Movement Abazovic Bridge, which announced that it has launched a parliamentary procedure for a no-confidence motion against the Krivokapic government.
