Parliament leaders from 17 European countries and the EU arrive in Ukraine

Parliament leaders from 17 European countries have arrived in Ukraine today, on the third anniversary of the liberation of Bucha. The arrival of the vice-presidents from the European Parliament in Kiev was announced by Ruslan Stefanchuk, chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, on Facebook.

"Today Kiev welcomes parliamentary representatives from all over Europe," Stefanchuk said.

The delegation includes speakers and vice-chairs from the parliaments of Belgium, the United Kingdom, Denmark, Estonia, Iceland, Spain, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovenia, Finland, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Sweden, as well as representatives from the European Parliament.

According to Stefanchuk, this visit serves as a strong symbol of support, solidarity and trust.

"I am grateful to my colleagues for their willingness to stand by Ukraine. We appreciate every gesture, every meeting, every word and every action that brings us closer to the victory of justice and lasting peace. Ukraine feels the support of its partners, and this is inspiring," he stressed.
