The Swiss national football team has released the official list of 26 players for the 2026 FIFA World Cup, with coach Murat Yakin trusting the usual core of the team.
The list features important names such as defenders Manuel Akanji and Ricardo Rodríguez, midfielder Granit Xhaka, and striker Breel Embolo, who are considered the main pillars of the Helvetic team.
Switzerland is in Group B of the World Cup, where it will face the Canada National Football Team, the Bosnia and Herzegovina National Football Team, and the Qatar National Football Team.

Goalkeepers : Marvin Keller, Gregor Kobel, Yvon Mvogo.
Defenders: Manuel Akanji, Aurèle Amenda, Eray Cömert, Nico Elvedi, Luca Jaquez, Miro Muheim, Ricardo Rodríguez, Silvan Widmer.
