A 19-year-old man has been arrested in Lushnja after allegedly stabbing a 26-year-old man after a conflict over weak motives.
The incident was discovered after the injured man, citizen Erbion Çerraga, presented himself to the hospital for medical assistance. Immediately after the notification, the police organized actions to identify and arrest the perpetrator.
Within a few hours, the blue uniforms managed to identify and arrest citizen Denis Hoxha, 19 years old, a resident of the village of Stan Karbunarë.
According to preliminary investigations, the young man stabbed the 26-year-old during a conflict. The injured man is in hospital and is out of danger.
During a search of the 19-year-old's apartment, police found and seized 48,160 euros and 7,200 dollars, suspected to be counterfeit, which were thought to be intended for sale.
