Disappearance of 35-year-old, Tirana Court leaves the waiter of Armand

The Tirana Criminal Court has set the security measure of "prison arrest" for Enea Zyferi, a waiter at a bar owned by Armand Shakaj, who is wanted in the context of the investigations into the disappearance of Eglant Koçi.

Zyferi is accused of the criminal offense of "supporting the perpetrator of the crime", while during the court session he denied any involvement in the incident and stated that it has no connection to the case being investigated.

Sources close to the investigative group indicate that from the investigative actions so far, scientific and circumstantial evidence, strong suspicions have been raised that 35-year-old Eglant Koçi, missing since June 5, may have lost his life.

Meanwhile, investigations continue to fully uncover Koç's fate and identify the people involved in the incident. Armand Shakaj remains wanted by authorities.
