"They are being blackmailed into participating in the anti-rally"/ Protesters call on the administration: Abandon Rama tomorrow!

"They are being blackmailed into participating in the anti-rally"/

The square in front of the Prime Minister's Office was filled again this evening, on the 12th day of the civic protest, where thousands of participants continue to demand the resignation of Prime Minister Edi Rama and the removal of the government.

The focus of the protest is also the activity announced for tomorrow by the Socialist Party, which the protesters consider an "anti-rally" and an attempt to dilute their gathering. Direct calls have been articulated from the protest podium to the public administration not to participate in tomorrow's activity and to distance themselves from any form of pressure.

According to them, many administration employees are facing pressure to be present at the event, while protesters called on them to "abandon political obligations" and join the citizens.

One of the protesters stated that participation in tomorrow's activity is being accompanied by coercion and fear for the workplace, describing this situation as pressure on the administration.

"Do not fall prey to the provocations and divisions that are sought to be created among citizens. We are here for those who are forced to participate, and for those who are blackmailed for their livelihood. We demand a different Albania ," the protest said.
