Present on the 12th day of the civic protest in Tirana, a former officer with a 45-year career declared that he has joined the movement to demand the government's resignation.

He stressed to News 24 that although he comes from the left, he cannot accept the way the country is governed and accused political leaders of being disconnected from the citizens. According to him, the hope for change lies with the youth, who must take the protest to the end to bring about a concrete political product.

 "I am a former officer for 45 years. I am in protest and I will continue. I came out to remove this government, they became kings, Instead of being a servant of the people, he mocks the people. I am a leftist but he mocks the people, If this protest did not have a product, Albania is in hell. And this will be done by the youth and only the youth. As it has started and not to leave it until the end", he said.
