"Ceno Klosi and Spartak Kovaçi have received 32 million euros in public tenders" - Bardhi: "5B" criminal scheme

"Ceno Klosi and Spartak Kovaçi have received 32 million euros in

The Chairman of the DP Parliamentary Group, Gazment Bardhi, says that the two directors, Ceno Klosi and Spartak Kovaçi, have received 32 million euros in public tenders.

Referring to an investigative show, Bardhi states that "Belinda Balluku's "5B" criminal scheme also explains the importation of the head of this scheme, Ceno Klosi, into the SP's lists for deputies in the Fier region."

He states that Ceno Klosi is the most active member of the SP electoral gang in Fier.

"In the history of Albania, there has never been a more corrupt scheme than the killing of free competition and the profiteering of public funds by senior government officials themselves. This scheme, initially discovered in the Municipality of Tirana, turns out to be extended to every public institution during the government of Edi Rama.

The data revealed yesterday by the investigation proves that companies owned by relatives of two of Belinda Balluku's most trusted directors, Ceno Klosi and Spartak Kovaçi, who in addition to blood ties, also enjoy the trust of their boss, are estimated to have received at least 32 million euros in tenders, public properties, building permits, even with the signature of Prime Minister Edi Rama.

Belinda Balluku's "5B" criminal scheme, revealed by the investigative show, also explains the importation of the head of this scheme, Ceno Klosi, into the SP's lists for deputies in the Fier region. 32 million euros, obtained from public funds, are enough to distort the will of the elected citizens.

"Ceno Klosi is the most active member of the SP electoral gang in Fier. Even though he has several files in SPAK, for years now, but unfortunately still not finalized, Belinda Balluku temporarily hid him in the lists of candidates for MP, using illegal wealth to deform the will of the voters ," writes Bardhi.

He calls on the Special Prosecution Office to act as soon as possible.

"I take this opportunity to appeal once again to the Special Prosecution Office not to leave the strategy of combating corruption and electoral crimes only on paper. These are the days that separate whether the strategy was made as a propaganda tool to wash away the governmental and electoral corruption of Edi Rama, Belinda Balluku and their electoral gangs, or is it a real will of the special prosecutors to prevent and combat electoral crimes and governmental corruption"
