Tabaku mobilizes the diaspora for the May 11 elections: DP is the alternative

Democratic Party MP, Jorida Tabaku, has published a message on social media, emphasizing the commitment of the Albanian diaspora for the May 11 elections.

According to Tabaku, organized groups in Italy, Greece, the US, Canada, and the United Kingdom are working intensively to support the Democratic Party and bring about the change that Albania needs.

She emphasized that many Albanians who left belong to the middle class and have been forced to emigrate due to a system that has seized the economy and does not allow honest citizens to move forward.

She said that the diaspora is determined to vote for the DP alternative, which promises a more open economy, higher pensions, a living wage of 200 euros, and five years of tax-free living for all new entrepreneurs.

I have created groups for the diaspora, who are working intensively for the May 11 vote. From Italy to Greece, the USA, Canada and the United Kingdom, the diaspora has mobilized to support the Democratic Party and at the same time me, Jorida Tabaku, who will be running on the Democratic Party's open list in Tirana.

I have had dozens of meetings with Albanians in the diaspora, where the main concerns they share are related to the economic situation of their families in Albania. They are shocked by the rising prices and low pensions, which do not allow their parents to live with dignity.

Many of them belong to the middle class and have been forced to leave Albania because of a system that has captured the economy and does not allow either talent or work to grow and develop. Meritocracy does not exist. These Albanians have also left to ensure a better future for their children, seeking more opportunities in education, higher quality in health and a more dignified life.

The diaspora will vote for the Democratic Party's alternative, to do things differently and better. They seek an Albania that welcomes them and creates opportunities for them to return, a place where they can live without their heads here, their hearts here, and their minds always connected to their homeland.

For this reason, we propose a more open economy, higher pensions with a minimum of 400 euros, a living wage of 200 euros, and five years of tax-free for all young entrepreneurs. This is not just a platform, but a commitment to building a better future for Albanian children and families.
