The 24-year-old concrete mixer driver, Aleksandër Krrashi, has given his testimony regarding the tragic accident in Fushë-Prezë, where 4 young people lost their lives.

He stated that as soon as he entered the main road, his vehicle turned off because it had run out of fuel. Krrashi stated that he tried to start it twice and then went to a nearby gas station to get fuel. According to him, he forgot to turn on the concrete mixer's ignition.

According to the police, at the moment of the collision the vehicle was traveling at a speed of around 170 km/h, while during the movement when it overtook, it may have been traveling at a speed of around 200 km/h.
