Auction for the sale of Vllaznia, the presidential candidate sues SPAK Voltana Ademi

Businessman Almiro Gurakuqi has sued the mayor of Shkodra, Voltana Ademi, in SPAK, after the Municipality announced the auction for the sale of Vllaznia shares.
Gurakuqi, who ran to buy the shares of the Vllaznia football club and become president, has sued the mayor for abuse of office.
The lawsuit alleges that Ademi violated the equality of participants in tenders or public auctions, after the Auction Unit decided to disqualify Gurakuqi for irregularities in documents.
He appealed the decision to the Competition Commission and won the lawsuit with the Municipality of Shkodra.
After that he has sued the mayor Ademi and the Auction Unit for abuse of office and violation of equality in tenders or auctions.
