From the escape on a raft to the great pledge of love, Stresi reveals the untold stories of his life

Renowned rapper Arkimed Lushaj, who is widely known to the public as Stresi , has shared unpublished and extremely emotional details from his life.

During an interview on ' Elevate ' by Floriana Garo , the artist traveled back in time, starting from the difficult vicissitudes of childhood to triumph on stage, without leaving aside his sentimental life.

One of the most dramatic episodes that has marked the rapper's life remains the fateful year of 1997. At that time, together with 24 family members, they risked their lives by traveling by dinghy to Italy, only to end up as political asylum seekers in Belgium.

 According to him, the journey to the open sea was a direct confrontation with death, while he attributes his rescue to the help of MP Bujar Leskaj.

It was in Belgium that he quickly adapted to a new reality, learned French, and received the nickname "Stress" from his mother, as a result of his extremely energetic and rebellious nature.

After returning to Albania in 2007, his true musical journey began, which was initially promoted on digital platforms like MySpace.

A turning point in his career was his acquaintance with singer-songwriter Flori Mumajesi. The rapper emphasizes with deep gratitude that Mumajesi gave him an extraordinary boost at a critical moment, changing the course of his career, although his independent character made it difficult to adapt to the strict rules of the management at the time.

Regarding the music industry and the luxurious life that is often shown in music videos, the artist adds that about 80% of this reality is purely virtual and visual display, not representing the real life of many artists. He admits that in his early days, he himself borrowed luxury items to create the right image for the time.

The interview took a very personal turn when the topic of love was touched upon. Speaking about his ex-partner, Keisin, he did not hide his highest appreciation, describing her as an independent girl, with extraordinary values, and absolutely irreplaceable.

Although he admits his mistakes in that report, he makes it clear that despite the infinite respect he has for her and her family, a comeback is impossible.

He emphasizes that the years have passed, they have both moved on with their lives, and he has finally closed that chapter, although no other girl has managed to compare to the standard she left behind.
