Prime Minister Edi Rama is expected to soon hold a meeting at the "Labëria" Palace of Culture in Vlora with residents of the Zvërnec area.
In anticipation of his arrival, numerous security forces have been deployed around the perimeter of the building, while citizens entering the hall are undergoing detailed checks through metal detection devices.
The meeting between the prime minister and residents is expected to take place behind closed doors, and the presence of local media is not anticipated.
