14 sea moles were removed today after a joint action by the Saranda Border Police Commissariat and the Municipal Police in Ksamil, with the support of the "Eagle" forces.
The action came after the Saranda Municipal Council's decision to reduce the number of water corridors in Ksamil.
The action has not met with resistance from the owners of the vessels, who have shown themselves to be cooperative.
Meanwhile, a ship has been blocked and seized in Saranda, which, after inspection, is suspected of possessing forged documentation.
The vehicle was escorted to the Sea Port where it was subjected to administrative and criminal procedures.
