The defendant in the "Metamorphosis" case, Pëllumb Gjoka, has appeared publicly for the first time in the Special Court room, where he categorically denied all the accusations raised by SPAK.

During the summary trial session, the businessman stated that he has been in prison for three years without concrete evidence, but according to him, only based on rumors and a process that he described as a "public trial".

He claimed that he has been severely damaged in his reputation and in his personal and economic life, accusing prosecutors of treating him as guilty without a court decision.

Gjoka denied any connection to criminal activity and challenged SPAK's accusations, demanding concrete evidence for every claim made against him.
