Rama's fictional world, in front of human reality

In the last meeting that Rama held with the SP parliamentary group, he emphasized three things, which are interconnected into one. He underlined that the entire popular reaction came from the fictional world of the algorithm. Then he said that the people who are reacting are disconnected from reality, because they are manipulated, yes, by the algorithm. This is a continuation of the thesis that the people do not know how to think critically, but are easily manipulated. And finally [here he is repeating], he said that those who accuse must prove it.

The idea that the algorithm is defeating everyday reality is actually the opposite. When the algorithm began to reveal the truth, this happened when society turned on itself and publicly opposed what the Rama regime had been doing for a long time. This has been said, even more eloquently, by many media specialists. But what I want to push further in the analysis is how Rama is seeking to return people to the reality he has invented, and this I call the Rama Reality.

So, the reality that Rama seeks to restore is the one he had produced as a fabricated reality. How does he seek to recreate this reality?

To turn his reality around, Rama has an industry working for him. This industry has journalists paid over 20 thousand euros per month. There are media outlets that are directly involved in the construction industry. There is an extraordinary network of patronage agents. There are also international companies that are known as specialists in the masterful production of fake news, intimidation and especially the policy of producing the ideal enemy to defeat.

In this speech, Rama guaranteed this machine that he would not resign. But more than that, he told them that if I sink, I will take you with me.

As part of the strategy to return to Rama's Reality, there is also the thesis that whoever accuses must prove. For this, he brought Roman law as an example. In Roman law, history is more complex and we are not going to emancipate Rama in this aspect. But let's stick to it as if this were a truth. For Rama's resignation to suffice, what Rama himself has said would suffice.

What specifically?

That the fencing of a protected area has been allowed without a project. That heavy machinery has been allowed in a protected area, which has already damaged the environment quite a bit. To account for the change in the map of protected areas, which proves that this was done with the aim of favoring strategic investors. For the very fact that laws have been made for the so-called strategic investors, which in fact have resulted in custom laws. And since we are on the right, anyone who makes custom laws has violated the Constitution and the spirit of the rule of law, because a multitude of principles have been violated, but above all the general nature that the law should have.

Ka dhe më. Ka tentuar të manipulojë shoqërinë duke thënë se në zonat e mbrojtura, kategoria 5, lejohet të ndërtohet ashtu siç e sugjeron ai. Kur thotë se njerëzit po e kundërshtojnë këtë sepse ata janë të influencuar nga armiq, dhe armiqtë i shpik vetë, por është i pazoti si kryeministër t’i arrestojë apo ndalojë. Kur tenton të kontrollojë njerëz që dalin në protesta, deri aty sa u zë në gojë se ka parë të dashurat e tyre në protest.

Politikat e fyerjes dhe intimidimit nuk janë për herë të parë, por disi mënyra është e re, pasi Rama kishte evituar gjysmën e strategjisë që punohej prej kohësh nga mjeshtërit e prodhimit të Realitetit Rama.

Një prej strategjive të aplikuara nga Realittei i Ramës është krijimi i një mjedisi mediatik dhe kulture popullore, e cila krijon  përshypjen e një shoqërie kulturalisht kitsch, ose të një kulture të cekët e banale popullore. Kjo ka lidhje me strategjinë e krijimit të imazhit se shoqëria shqiptare është më fat se ka një kryeministtër si Rama. Shikoni këto katër ditë se cili është një prej mesazheve kryesore që “agjentët” e Realitetit të Ramës kërkojnë të promovojnë: s’ka për të ardhur lider si Rama. Rama ka patur një vizion për këtë shoqëri.

Pra, i gjithë abuzivizimi i pushtetit të Ramës kërkohet të paraqitet si një projekt civilizues. Përfshi këtu ndërtimet në bregdet e në Tiranë.

Pjesë e Realitetit të trilluar të Ramës, është edhe prodhimi i figurave publike qesharake. Sidomos pas Covid-19, studiot televizive, portalet e gazetat u mbushën me figura që sajohen si publike. Për të parë mënyrën se si janë prodhuar këto figura, duhet rikthyer në kohë dhe parë se si mediat kryesore të Realitetit Rama i kanë sponsorizuar ato.

Këto figura gjenden kudo. Si analistë, si zëdhënës partie, si figura të artit dhe të kulturës, si studiues të historisë.  Funksioni i prodhimit të këtyre figurave ka qenë për të përzier sa më shumë botën e sajuar me botën e fakteve. Lojë të cilën Rama e ka luajtur siç dinë ta luajnë trickster-at mjeshtërorë, por që barrën për ta provuar ua lenë kundërshtarëve të tij. Ndërsa botën e Realitetit të vet, e krijon bazuar tek trillimi.

Në zbatim të funksionit të Realitetit Rama, këto figura cenojnë kufijtë mes së vërtetës dhe fiksionit. Efekti i parë: kushdo që del për të debatuar, do ta nisë mbi parimin e barazisë mes debatuesve – mes qasjes qesharake dhe asaj më akademike. Kështu mendja e audiencës trazohet dhe turbullohet. Jo se audienca s’ka filtra, por se audiencës i kërkohet t’i mbillet ideja se është e kotë të kërkosh të vërtetën dhe të përballesh për të drejtën. Sepse sa më shumë të tillë njerëz me përkrahje popullore ka, aq më pak shpresë ke që në shoqëri ka njerëz që mund të reagojnë seriozisht, siç po ndodh tani.

Cila është tjetra gjysmë që nuk ishte shfaqur më parë, dhe si ndërlidhen?

Rama had until now barely mentioned the existence of Albania's enemies. Now he says that "we know them well. The only exception here is Iran, which was mentioned as such a few years ago, for reasons that are well known. As for the rest of the enemies, Rama had until now insisted that he is a leader who denies the existence of enemies and that they were more invented than real. That is why he often received credit as a cosmopolitan leader.

But in reality it was different.

In the daily life of the government, ideas have been sponsored that Albanian society is full of social, cultural and religious groups that are enemies with each other and with the Albanian state. For this, Realiteti Rama has used many public figures to write, but the main ones have been those who were between the ridiculous world and reality.

In the discourse of these new and old "analysts", it was allowed to insert fragments of truncated truths about various "enemies".

During the Flamingo Revolution, Reality Rama was shocked more than by the algorithm or the presence of external "enemies", by the fact that it was possible that these worlds, which it had portrayed [hand on heart and often self-portrayed] as enemy worlds among themselves, now agreed to unite against Reality Rama.

Therefore, in these days, Reality Rama is seeking to pinpoint as many enemy figures as possible within the social realities in Tirana and broadly in the Albanian world. It is trying to combine this with the idea of ​​manipulation by the algorithm. In the meantime, it hopes for the fatigue of the protesters [as he said in English to fade away] and to keep the party in check and feed the machinery of reality fabrication. It will continue with this in the future, because it knows that in the Outside World, the reality that it had proposed will no longer work.

Now the whole game is played between the confrontation of three realities. One is the reality that people live every day. Another is what we called the Rama Reality. And finally, a reality that people seek to build, which is the construction of a just and democratic society. This third is a reality that cannot be controlled, because it is imaginary and is based on hope and the need for dignity./ BIRN
